Do you do engraving, cutting, or both?
Both — our professional-grade laser handles precision cutting and custom engraving, from a single personalized item to a full batch of matching pieces.
What materials can you cut or engrave?
Wood, acrylic, leather, anodized metal and more. Not sure if your material works? Tell us what it is (or send a photo) and we'll confirm before you order.
Can you engrave something I already own?
In many cases, yes. Tell us the material and send a photo of the item along with your artwork or design and we'll confirm it's a good fit before you send anything in.
What do I need to send for my artwork or design?
A high-resolution vector file (AI, SVG or PDF) works best, along with your dimensions and quantity. Don't have finished artwork yet? Tell us what you're picturing and our team can help design it.
How long does a laser order take?
Turnaround depends on the item, quantity and our current queue. We'll give you an estimated turnaround as soon as we confirm your order.
