Welcome to Ready to Print 3D. By accessing our website, submitting files or physical items, requesting services, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Products & Manufacturing

Ready to Print 3D specialises in custom manufacturing using additive manufacturing and other fabrication processes.

Due to the nature of these processes, minor variations in colour, surface finish, layer lines, dimensional tolerances and overall appearance may occur. Product images and renders are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the finished product.

2. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom projects, production runs and specialised services may require a deposit or full payment before work begins.

Production will not begin until payment requirements have been satisfied.

3. Custom Projects

Once work has commenced, custom projects cannot be cancelled, modified or refunded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

CAD Design
3D Scanning
Reverse Engineering
Prototyping
Test Printing
Production Manufacturing
UV Printing
Laser Services

4. Instant Quotes

Instant quotations generated through our online quoting system are estimates only.

Pricing may change if:

Files require repair or modification
Models are not suitable for manufacturing
Additional supports or setup are required
Material usage differs from estimates
Additional finishing is requested
Shipping costs change

Submitting a file does not guarantee project acceptance.

5. Customer-Supplied Items

Customers sending items for scanning, measurement, repair or reproduction remain responsible for those items during shipping.

While every item is handled with care, Ready to Print 3D is not responsible for loss, deterioration or damage resulting from shipping, inherent fragility or pre-existing defects.

Customers must notify us before submitting valuable, rare or irreplaceable items.

6. Reverse Engineering & Scanning

Reverse engineering and 3D scanning may involve interpretation of worn, damaged or incomplete components.

Customers are responsible for verifying fitment, dimensions and suitability before final use.

Scanning may require temporary markers or removable scanning sprays.

7. Shipping

Processing times are displayed on product pages or provided with project quotations.

Ready to Print 3D is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost shipments or incorrect delivery information provided by customers.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Approved resolutions may include:

Repair
Replacement
Store credit

9. Product Fitment & Intended Use

Customers are responsible for verifying dimensions, compatibility and intended use before installation.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are not certified for:

Safety-critical applications
Structural applications
Automotive safety systems
Aerospace applications
Medical devices

10. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the legal right to reproduce any files, models or objects submitted to Ready to Print 3D.

Original files supplied by customers remain their property.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CAD files, digital models, scans, designs and other original work created by Ready to Print 3D remain our intellectual property.

Editable source files are not automatically included with completed projects.

11. Confidential Projects

We respect confidential projects and are happy to work under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) when requested before project discussions begin.

Without a signed NDA, confidentiality obligations do not automatically apply.

12. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for an additional fee, subject to scheduling and production capacity.

Acceptance of a rush order does not guarantee a specific delivery date where circumstances beyond our control arise.

13. Commercial Production

Pricing and terms for production manufacturing, commercial partnerships and ongoing manufacturing agreements may differ from standard retail pricing and may be governed by separate written agreements.

14. Commercial Licences

Selected Ready to Print 3D designs may be offered with a commercial licence permitting the sale of physical printed products.

Commercial licences:

Apply only to the original purchaser
Are non-transferable
Permit the sale of physical products only
Do not include ownership of digital files
Do not permit redistribution or resale of digital files

Ready to Print 3D reserves the right to revoke commercial licences for misuse or violation of licence terms.

15. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to delay, refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity and may request additional identity verification before proceeding.

16. Limitation of Liability

Ready to Print 3D shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for their intended application.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including equipment failure, material shortages, natural disasters, labour disruptions or shipping carrier delays.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

19. Changes to These Terms

Ready to Print 3D reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.
